Canceling or Changing Your Order

We understand that plans can change. This page explains how to cancel or modify your order. Please read the information below carefully, as our ability to make changes depends on your order status.
1. Canceling Your Order
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
In this case, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the package.
2. Changing Your Order
You can request changes such as:
- Updating the shipping address
- Changing product variant (color, size, style)
- Modifying customer information
- Updating quantity
Changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order, before processing begins.

3. Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered the wrong address:
- Contact us immediately
- We can update the address only if the order has not been shipped

4. Order Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped:

- You may return the item following our Return & Refund Policy once it arrives
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
