1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Earrings and intimate jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Earrings (due to hygiene)
- Customized or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To start a return:
- Email us at with your order number.
- Wait for return approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address we provide.
Important:
- We do not accept packages returned without prior approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Take photos of the item and packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
There is no fee for returning defective items.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges if:
- The item is unused and in original condition.
- You contact us within 30 days.
You may exchange for:

- A different style
- A different size (if applicable)
